DO I NEED TO REGISTER BEFORE I CAN MAKE A PURCHASE?

Our website does not require an account to make a purchase, and nor will we ever force you to make an account.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PAYMENT?

PayPal does not require an account to make a purchase. If your credit/debit cards are already secured by a PayPal account they will ask you to login to make the purchase.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We want you to be 100% happy with your Real Deal Merchandise but if for some reason you are not we are happy to exchange or refund any items that are in a resealable condition. Please include a sheet with your name, order number, address, and items ordered, as well as the date ordered and the reason of the return; and place it in the package with the items you are returning.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

No, once your order has been placed we can not manually adjust your order from our system.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We charge a flat rate shipping but only within Australia. Please contact us for shipping options outside Australia.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We send orders out Monday - Friday excluding public holidays. The day your order is getting shipped you will receive an email with your shipping number.

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH MY INFORMATION?

We take security of our customers information very seriously. If you sign up for our email newsletter we store this with ??? who secure all information under strictly encrypted connections. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. Payment are processed by our payment partner PayPal.
